Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Hong Kong. We do not ship to all countries at the moment, however, we are working hard to offer this soon so stay tuned. Subscribe to our newsletter to be first to notified when our products become available in your country!
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing time may be extended to 3-4 business days, so bear with us!
Delivery Time: Standard shipping by SF Express usually takes between 1 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Return Eligibility: Is the product not quite right for you? No sweat... we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@axishkg.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return label that you can use to send back your items.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. In other words, the merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unused with the hangtag and labels attached. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy: If you need a different size or style, please initiate an exchange by reaching out to our customer service team at hello@axishkg.com with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
