Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy:

1. Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Hong Kong. We do not ship to all countries at the moment, however, we are working hard to offer this soon so stay tuned. Subscribe to our newsletter to be first to notified when our products become available in your country!

2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing time may be extended to 3-4 business days, so bear with us!

3. Delivery Time: Standard shipping by SF Express usually takes between 1 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Returns Policy:

1. Return Eligibility: Not quite what you expected? No problem! We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason. To be eligible, items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service at hello@axishkg.com with your order number and return reason. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for shipping.
3. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items to confirm they’re in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all labels attached, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued as store credit.
4. Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, please reach out to us at hello@axishkg.com with your order number and request, and we’ll handle the exchange with free shipping both ways.
5. Shipping Fees: If the product is proven to have arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a prepaid shipping label. For any other reasons (sizing issue, or unsatisfied colour, etc.), all shipping fees for returned item(s) must be at your own expense.

Note for Black Friday or other promotions / discounts: Discount code must be entered prior to completing the purchase at checkout. Offer is non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable. Offer cannot be used alongside other discounts or promotions. Offer is not valid on gift cards. All purchases are subjected to AXIS terms and conditions of sale indicated in the FAQ page. All sales are final, no returns or exchanges are allowed. Offer cannot be claimed after the purchase is completed. There is strictly no extension upon expiry. Due to higher order volumes during this period, please expect extended delivery timeframes to receive your orders.
